Gods don't cry?

What happens when Gods cry?
Raindrops fall from the sky;

Heard, when I was a tiny little sweetie pie;
Growing up, realized that it was all a lie!

But on 16th November 2013, it was for real;
Along with HIM, everyone echoed the feel!

Shed tears; even the sky here expressed itself;
Such was the mood; difficult to contain oneself!

That's it; our LITTLE MASTER has kissed the 22 yards, goodbye;
Leaving behind a void no one can fill in; Left cricket on a high!

HE is the reason most of us came into this game;
As spectators, as players, as fans; Should we all blame?
Fortunate to have been born in HIS era; Everyone will claim!

Cricket will never be the same for me;
I am not alone in this; Many will agree!

"Sachiiin Sachiiin" will be reverberating in his ears till HE stops breathing;
And HIS batting will be flashing in our minds and eyes until we stop being!

Hereafter, even a single crime committed, will not go unnoticed;
As Gods won't get busy watching HIM play; they remain focused!

Legends don't retire; their legacy lives;
HE won't be around but HIS cricket lives!

In India, as long as cricket is a religion;
SACHIN will be God, for the X, Y, Z Gen;

Art is a luxury not all artists can afford!

Yesterday was just one of those days. So wanted some diversion. Thought that the time is ripe for a mindless comedy like Chennai Express. Watched it. I had least expectations. I was prepared for a logic-less laughter riot. Even then I was left disappointed. Turned out to be a disaster struck night for me. Conclusion: "Bokwaas movie"

Only two scenes in the entire film managed to activate my laughter glands. Rest was all insensitivity at its peak. Every department in the movie failed. Story, direction, characterization, accent, language, location, facts, acting of protagonists etc..

I heard SRK saying in one of the interviews that people should learn to take humor in lighter sense. So according to him this movie falls under comedy genre. I strongly disagree. It is a disgrace shown to "Humor/comedy" by couple of self-proclaimed artists. Shame!

The movie is a mere reflection of how art is viewed by some artists. Having seen artists who give their life into art, this is such a let down. Coming from a top notch celebrity is even more disheartening.

The profit figures of the production house is an eighth wonder. Leaves me bowled. Either, Indian audiences have lost their film viewing taste (Can't blame as we are constantly exposed to class less cinemas) or it is all fraud (Corruption is the order of the day in India now)

Finishing my viewpoints with a final note. Art is a luxury not all artists can afford. Only a gifted few know the value of it and render it in a respectful form!
